Thanks for suggestions. I have absolute confidence its not a MAF sensor problem Jon. K & N filters cause problems when folk lather the element in oil when a light spray is all thats needed after cleaning. Must have sold 100's of conversion kits we made up for Guzzi's over the years.

Last time I checked MAF sensor I collected all the cleaner residue onto a clean piece of paper towelling - was almost dissapointed there was not a trace of dirt!

Brake cleaner certainly made my LR rev faster John, whilst cleaning up after fuel filter change, but that's to be expected due to volatility.
