I had exactly the same issue Kevin several years ago. Re-glueing worked for a while but whilst having some trim work undertaken at Allon White I mentioned it to Sean. By then it had failed again and his answer was that nothing short of a new seal would work long term. I had him fit one there and then. It's been fine ever since and more watertight as he took care to cut only the minimum of rubber to clear the sunshade mounts on screen surround. I did ask if silicone grease would ease fitment of header rail but he didn't recommend it!
