I greased them for the season. It's only happening on one side. I'm thinking the oil is hot and thinned out, and making it past the seal. Not a lot, but a little hot oil probably goes a long way. At least that's my current guess.

Making a 1000+ journey in a few weeks so I need to get this sorted quickly.


If this happened after greasing you may have over greased and forced the lip out? I did that on my old Morgan
