Last week I finished the horrible manufactured quarter-panel-protectors.

I don´t know who made them but the where made in a typical Morgan manner: Nice looking parts but if you look closer or even try to use them .

To enter the car in summer has cost me and my wife quite a bit of skin and also one jacket because the sharp edges worked like a flat scraper.
Polishing from the manufacturer above the left (driver side!) protector, has created two very sharp tips

So my metal worker had to apply stainless steel, round off and polish all edges....


Before (with some some remnants of the self-adhesive Velcro tape that I use as protection for my clothes.
