At long last, the bumper tube assemblies are off the 4/4. It took two Whitworth sockets (shallow and deep) with assorted extensions, a small crescent, a Whitworth open end, a hacksaw and five blades, two Vise Grips, a Farrier's 2.5# rounding hammer and fuller punch, a whole bunch of spare time and some bloody knuckles to remove those unsavory scallions, but it's done!
