I found that you can think the door is closed but infact it's not quite closed and you end up with gaps where the wind gets in. The door catch has 2 clicks and with the side screens on we were not pulling hard enough to get to the 2nd click.

So today I fitted some cheap door handles from Car builder, they fold down when not in use.

Just screwed into the Ash top rail of the door, I didn't think they will come loose but if they do, I'll fit some screw inserts.
I once had a door fly open when negotiating a roundabout. So now, before every trip, having closed the door, I try the internal lock. If the door isn’t latched properly, the little locking lever will only go half way round the quadrant, whereas if it is fully latched, it will go the whole way, giving some reassurance.
