Now I'm not a fan of Diane Abbott; I find her intensely irritating, but I do find it odd how all these memes about idiocy seem to be at her expense.

Why are they not about the likes of Chris Grayling MP, whose incompetence and stupidity as a minister cost the taxpayer many billions in wasted expenditure, or indeed the acting Prime Minister who memorably said "“I hadn’t quite understood the full extent of this, but if you look at the UK and look at how we trade in goods, we are particularly reliant on the Dover-Calais crossing."
