What you don't understand is the fact that our tests are GREAT! They are better than all the other tests around the world. USA test are more efficient and have higher productivity than the not so great tests being used by the other wanna be countries. If the other country leaders would follow Trump's lead, then they might be able to get their tests to do as well.
