Turns to the man on his rigt and the chap says

Turns to the chap on his left who says
"Wee, sleekit, cow'rin, tim'rous beastie. O, what a panic's in by thy beastie”

Worried he asks a nurse if he was in the psychiatric unit.
No, she says, this is the Burns unit.
