The diet starts on Monday... sick

I can add to that recomendation too. Best mussels I have ever eaten. They also had some wonderful scollops (Coquilles St Jacques) when we were there.

If you are in the Bordeaux area it is worth while keeping in mind the Chateau de Puyrigaud, http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/106301/France_Leoville_Chateau_de_Puy#Post106301

If you go there it is well worth while saying you would like to eat there of an evening. You had better skip lunch as you will need to be hungry to manage it all and if you can manage all they serve for breakfast you will be doing better than me.

We have been there three times now and can't wait to go back.

They have a nearby distiller of cognac so don't forget to ask to try Michel's cognac. If you visit in a Morgan Michel will be happy to show you how cognac is made and give you a tasting http://www.domaine-des-roussets.com/ Michel is a small supplier to some of the better known cognac labels but his reserve XO Cognac is nothing short of magnificent.
