We are in lockdown here and naturally the weather is stunning. We are not allowed to move out of the Region of Lombardia except for fairly tight valid reasons, and it is recommended that we don't move out of our local council area except for reasons of work or health. In all cases a signed self compiled certificate must be supplied on request and there are heavy penalties for false declarations.
