The assumption is that visitors from north and east would be encouraged park on the north side of the river whilst south and west the south side. However parking is limited especially on the north banks and many visitors do so en-route.

DCC don’t have a good record for managing tourism and are very ‘anti-traffic’ so it’s doesn’t bode well at all. It’s one of my local driving routes too. A5 from Corwen then through Llangollen to the horseshoe pass. There is another, more difficult crossing at Carog though.
