Had an "interesting" drive today from Bath to Compton Abbas Airfield. The forecast definitely mentioned "light" showers, but it absolutely tipped down for quite a while. A good test of the roof, and am pleased to say only a handful of drips came through - somewhere around the drivers door/window.

While the driving was testing at times, with screen misting, spray, and rain obscuring visibility at times, and lots of standing water on the road, I still smiled every time I glanced along that lovely long bonnet.

When the rain subsided, I could hear the engine better, and it makes a great burbling sound.

A drier drive back to Bath was much more fun, and was a nice end to my first Morgan outing on my first full day of ownership!
