I recognise your pain, having been in the same position- BUT - yesterday was 4 weeks since my heart attack so I WAS ALLOWED DRIVE!!!!!!

Perhaps it's the fact that I was looking at the car all covered up for 4 weeks, but driving yesterday seemed just magic!!!!

The wait will soon be over and you too can savour the look down the long bonnet and the music of the engine note!

Best of luck with your continuing recovery - personally, I feel really great, the "re-plumbing" seems to be working fine.
