Yep. One of the big national garage restoration companies quoted £12k inc VAT for a replacement with fancy-pants insulated sheets, but that was with an on-line quote based purely on roof area (10m x 7m). There's no way I would go with an outfit like that, but it gives an interesting benchmark. I expect my builder to come in significantly cheaper than that, but I want a condensation-free result. I have too many sheds and barns with drippy tin roofs, and I'm happy to pay for a decent outcome.
