Yes at last, back from our travels and a short loop around north Surrey to get the oil circulating. Fast run down the A3 in heavy traffic where it crosses the M25. All well but needs a thorough clean as copious dust from the driveway renovation penetrated the garage and settled on my new hood and the car looks like it has had a wrap with Matt finish grey paint, ho hum.
This was my first drive in the dark and the cold and so provided an opportunity to test both the heater and the lights, both working well. I understand now why TM,ers fit high performance headlamp bulbs - this will be my next purchase.
I notice that other drivers leave less room for a Morgan by hogging the centre of the road and wonder if in the dark they perceive the car as being narrower due to the headlamp spacing, any thoughts on this?
