I had hoped to meet up with a local "Vintage" car club for a countryside pootle in company of a few socially distancing aware folk yesterday, but as seems to be par for the course these days as part of my route involved the A82 at Balloch in a bid to make it over to Helensburgh, I met up with nose to tail traffic, given it was a nice weather day and folk were desperate to escape the city... fortunately was able to spin round the roundabout and head off back home, though had managed a few miles in the old +8 in the local countryside... Different story this morning, as we headed out much earlier though not my usual 05:00hrs jaunt, circa 08:00, and headed off into the Trossachs to meander round the lochs and glens, in times past I used to roar around these roads, the Dukes Pass being a favourite, but these days less so and with my good lady aboard a far more leisurely pace the order of the day..(-: Pic was taken on the road approaching Finnich Glen/Devils Pulpit with the hills of the Trossachs in the distance..
