Two outings this week. A Hopmog trip to Hole Park Gardens nr Rolvenden on Wednesday and a meet up with friends at Chartwell today for coffee then lunch at The Aperfield Inn at Biggin Hill. The bluebell display at Hole Park - usually pretty spectacular at this time of year - was a bit disappointing as they were just past their best. We missed the peak display by about a week, but the rhododendron blooms and stroll through "garlic valley" made up for it.

Nice display of rhododendrons and wisteria at Chartwell too.
