Lovely memories of talking to Ken Small alongside the Sherman at Slapton. Driving the Mog along Slapton Line could only be bettered by driving a Deuce and a half Jimmy.! Enjoy and remember.


Old Ken was a nice genuine (bit blinged up) guy that helped a lot of American relatives discover the truth of their son's whereabouts that the Government's had tried to conceal.

We always remember them on Armistice Day along with the others.

Just Googled - there is a few of these around in Devon that were left behind and local military fans keep them going, they get an airing come the Rally season.
