I've had my front pads seized a few times when the car went into garage wet. And I use mine every day so it can seize overnight without difficulty. So what I do now is: if the car is wet I drive in and roll to a stop without applying brakes. If I do have to apply brakes I roll the car back a few inches by hand. Obviously, I leave car in gear, no handbrake. I've had no trouble since adopting this practice.
