We took our 1956 Morgan Plus 4 for a drive so far its done 60 miles since rebuild, its got a TR4 triumph engine and this has been rebuilt too. If I give her a little welly up a hill I'm certain I hear that dreadful gasket high pressure leaking head gasket sound. The head has been torqued down and as I say the engine was rebuilt albeit some time ago. The let downs we get along the way and challenges we face!

I guess its head off perhaps a skim and try a new gasket, think I need to check the heights of the liners?

Anyone got a race tuned TR4 engine I can drop in?
